Refund and Returns Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated 1st July 2022

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason this isn’t the case, we’ll happily refund or exchange your purchase excluding any postage costs, unless faulty.

Conditions of Return/Exchange

Conditions for Returns In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging or if you have had a reaction to a product that has already been partially used, an email must be sent with a picture of the reaction eg. redness, rash, flakiness, so that the manufacturer can be notified.
  • If the goods are faulty (postage for replacement item at our cost).

The following Goods can NOT be returned:

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions. On returning Goods, you are responsible for the cost and risk of that return. We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
